Youth Involvement

A word from our Youth Involvement team:

“Whether a Beaver, Cub Scout, Scout or Explorer Scout, your thoughts matter!

We aim to create an inclusive environment for all young people in North Ayrshire and Arran where young people can suggest ideas and make recommendations about what they like and what could be better about their own group and section. Their valued opinion helps to make changes that will influence them directly, whether in the programme or in how an event is operated. We can see what events should be running in and around North Ayrshire and help others participate in opportunities that are available. We give back to district giving the young people the ability to obtain new experiences, as well as a voice and an opinion within the local area.”
