Local Explorer Unit Returns to Scouting

SAS Explorers were the first unit in the district to have their risk assessment approved for ‘amber’ Scouting and have had two successful meetings so far. Activities are being selected by the young people in the unit on a weekly basis to ensure each meeting can be planned around social distancing guidelines.

So far, the unit have taken part in archery and firelighting and the young people are looking forward to choosing and taking part in their next activity.
